Prequalification of Event Management Firms for Official Events by Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department Punjab

The Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department, Government of the Punjab invites eligible, experienced, technically, financially and managerially capable event management firms to prequalify for a period of one year under Rules 16 and 17 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Pre-qualified firms will be invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate in subsequent event-specific procurement proceedings for official events held throughout the year in Lahore. Items being procured: - Integrated planning and execution of national and international conferences - Summits - Seminars - Official ceremonies - Cultural and tourism events - Government meetings - Public events - Foreign-delegation visits - SCO and ECO engagements - Other comparable high-level official events The scope covers comprehensive event management services including planning, coordination, and execution of diverse official and cultural events. Interested firms must have valid Income Tax Registration, Active Taxpayer Status, Sales Tax Registration, Punjab Revenue Authority Registration, Professional Tax Certificate, and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Applications must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS). Manual submissions by hand, courier, post, email or facsimile will not be accepted. Applicants must apply for the complete scope of services; partial applications are not allowed. Firms scoring a minimum of 70 out of 100 marks in the technical evaluation will be declared prequalified.
