Items being auctioned include: - Canteen at International Park Model Town, Lahore - Canteen at Q/R block Park Model Town, Lahore - Canteen at Shouq Chowk Park, Lahore - Canteen No.01 at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Lahore - Canteen No.03 at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore - Canteen No.03 near Lake at Jilani Park, Lahore - Food Court at Jallo Botanical Garden, Lahore - Food Court-A at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore - Public Toilet at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Lahore - Public Toilet at Lady Wallington corner near Parking Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore - Public Toilet at Ali Park near Food Street Qila, Lahore - Golf Carts at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore (Four Golf Carts) - Boating at the Lake at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore (Four Paddle Boats, Two Motor Boats) - Jumping Castles at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Lahore (Two Sets) - Horror & Snake House and Toy/Jewelry Shop at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore - PHA's Gym at Shah Jamal Park, Lahore - Flower Shop No.01 at Mini Tollinton Road, Lahore The lease terms are generally for 3 years, extendable, except for the Food Court at Greater Iqbal Park which is for 5 years. The auction will be held online via the e-auction portal with live bidding scheduled for 03 November 2026 from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm. Interested parties must register online for e-auction by 30 October 2026. A pre e-auction workshop will be held on 20 and 21 October 2026 at 03:00 pm at the committee room of HAL Headquarters at Jilani Park, Jail Road Lahore. Bid security must be deposited online and will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after deduction of auction fees. The highest bidder must submit the auction fee along with the first installment of advance rent. The department is not responsible for any interruptions during the auction due to technical issues. The auction may be extended by three minutes if bids are received in the last minute. The successful participant's offer will be published on the portal after conclusion.
