AUCTION: Lease Rights of TMA Ghazni Khel Collection Contracts and Properties for Financial Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Ghazni Khel is conducting an E-Auction for the lease rights of various collection contracts and properties for the financial year 2026-27. Interested parties are invited to participate in the online auction process for the following contracts and sites: - Milad Park Entry Fee (Reserve: 5% of bid amount) - Milad Park Ghazni Khel (Reserve: 5% of bid amount) - Sawan Road Buses (Reserve: 5% of bid amount) - Cattle Market Fee (Reserve: 5% of bid amount) The auction will be held online via the E-Baldia portal (eauction.lcbkp.gov.pk) as per the schedule. Bidders must deposit 15% of the bid amount as earnest money and 5% as security deposit. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full annual lease amount for the financial year 2026-27. Only those who are not defaulters of TMA Ghazni Khel or any other TMA in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible to participate. The auction process will be transparent and conducted under the supervision of the TMO and relevant authorities. The deadline for bid submission is 11 November 2026 at 4:00 PM.
