AUCTION: Lease of Shop Sign Advertisement Charges by Peshawar Development Authority 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites bids for the lease of shop sign advertisement charges within its jurisdiction for a period of one year from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 under the PDA Outdoor Advertisement Regulation 2021. The lease will be awarded through an open auction process starting at the specified reserve (base) price. The contract is initially valid for one year with the possibility of extension for another year subject to satisfactory performance, full payment of dues, and no pending legal issues, subject to the Director General PDA's approval. Items/Lots being auctioned: - Lot 1: Karakhano Market (Phatak) to Shell Pump Gora Qabristan (within Cantonment limits) with a reserve price of Rs. 55,000,000/- - Lot 2: Malik Saad Flyover to Tarnab with a reserve price of Rs. 6,000,000/- - Lot 3: Ring Road, Hayatabad Phase 2 from Pul Tok Plaza to Warsak Road Junction - Lot 4: Hayatabad Town - Lot 5: Regi Model Town The auction will be conducted on 26 August 2026, with a second auction on 02 September 2026 and a third on 09 September 2026 at 11:00 AM if required. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including no blacklisting or pending litigation with PDA or other authorities, minimum bid increments of Rs. 200,000, valid KPPRA registration, SECP registration, FBR tax compliance for the last three years, and submission of bid security (CDR) and earnest money. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the total bid amount within seven days of approval and sign the contract within ten days. Delays in payment will incur surcharges and may lead to contract cancellation and forfeiture of deposits. The contract holder is responsible for any damages or losses during the contract period.
