Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Chishtian invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for the Parking Stand and Cycle Stand at the General Bus Stand Chishtian for the financial year 2026-27. This public auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to collect parking and cycle stand fees at this busy transport hub.
Items being auctioned:
- Parking Stand Collection Rights at General Bus Stand Chishtian (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,000,000)
- Cycle Stand Collection Rights at General Bus Stand Chishtian (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,500,000)
The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect parking and cycle stand fees from users at the designated locations for the specified period. The successful bidder will be responsible for managing the collection process in accordance with the terms set by the TMA Chishtian. The auction will be conducted in the office of the Chief Officer, TMA Chishtian, and the highest bidder meeting the reserve price and departmental requirements will be awarded the contract.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of a CDR or pay order. Bidders must also provide a copy of their CNIC and proof of tax registration. The auction for both stands will be held on 29-08-2026 at 11:30 AM, with the final closing date for submission of bids set as 31-08-2026 at 11:30 AM. All interested parties are advised to visit the TMA office for further details and to inspect the sites prior to bidding.
