AUCTION: Parking Fee Collection Rights for Fruit Mandi and General Bus Stand Kamoke 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Kamoke District Gujranwala invites sealed bids for the auction of parking fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held for two separate sites: Fruit Mandi Kamoke and General Bus Stand Kamoke. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction process, which will be conducted at the office of the undersigned on 22 August 2026 at 2:00 PM. Items being auctioned: - Parking fee collection rights for Fruit Mandi Kamoke (Reserve price: Rs. 1,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 100,000, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 30,000) - Parking fee collection rights for General Bus Stand Kamoke (Reserve price: Rs. 550,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 55,000, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 30,000) Both sites require the successful bidder to deposit 10% of the bid amount as earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of auction. The remaining amount must be paid as per the terms and conditions set by the Market Committee. The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani citizens and firms who are not defaulters of the Market Committee. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of deposit of the auction participation fee to qualify for bidding. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Market Committee will be final. The successful bidder will be responsible for the collection of parking fees at the respective site for the entire financial year 2026-27.
