AUCTION: Parking Fee Collection, Fruit Market, Vegetable Market, Wagon Stand, and Bus Stand Rights for 2026-27, Klorkot

Items being auctioned: - Fruit Market Fee Collection Rights, Klorkot (Reserve Price: 300,000 PKR, CDR: 30,000 PKR) - Vegetable Market Fee Collection Rights, Klorkot (Reserve Price: 300,000 PKR, CDR: 30,000 PKR) - Wagon Stand Fee Collection Rights, Klorkot (Reserve Price: 300,000 PKR, CDR: 30,000 PKR) - Bus Stand Fee Collection Rights, Klorkot (Reserve Price: 1,000,000 PKR, CDR: 100,000 PKR) - Fruit Market Fee Collection Rights, Dera Rajan (Reserve Price: 1,000,000 PKR, CDR: 100,000 PKR) - Vegetable Market Fee Collection Rights, Dera Rajan (Reserve Price: 1,200,000 PKR, CDR: 120,000 PKR) - Fruit and Vegetable Market Fee Collection Rights, Jhok Mehar Shah, Dera Rajan (Reserve Price: 3,500,000 PKR, CDR: 350,000 PKR) The technical scope includes the right to collect fees from the specified markets and stands for the entire financial year. Bidders must submit a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) of 10% of the reserve price for each lot they wish to bid on, along with their application. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the full amount as per auction rules. Applicants must not have defaulted on any previous contracts with the Market Committee in the last five years.
