AUCTION: Public Sector Organization Vehicles Rawalpindi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Procurement & Logistics Directorate Rawalpindi is conducting a grand auction of public sector organization vehicles on an 'as is where is' basis from 22 to 23 September 2026 between 0900 and 1600 hours at M/S Expert Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, Golra Mor, opposite EME College, Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi. Interested parties may inspect the vehicles on 21 September 2026 from 0900 to 1500 hours at the same location. Items being auctioned: - Toyota Corolla GLI, Qty: 9, Model Years: 2006 to 2013 - Toyota S/Cabin, Qty: 1, Model Year: 2002 - Suzuki Cultus Car, Qty: 7, Model Years: 2011 to 2015 - Suzuki Swift Car, Qty: 1, Model Year: 2013 - Suzuki Van / Suzuki Pickup, Qty: 8, Model Years: 2005 to 2016 - Toyota Rav 4, Qty: 1, Model Year: 2006 - Hino Coaster, Qty: 1, Model Year: 2006 - Shahzore, Qty: 1, Model Year: 2006 The auction site is located at a central Rawalpindi location with easy access. Bidders must bring original CNIC (NADRA) along with a photo copy for entry. Successful bidders are required to pay 25% of the accepted bid price in cash on the spot. The remaining 75% along with applicable government taxes must be paid within 7 days after auction approval. Failure to pay the balance will result in forfeiture of the initial amount. Income tax deductions apply at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers before vehicle possession transfer. The successful bidder must remove the vehicle within 10 days of auction closing and transfer ownership within 15 days. All registration and transfer expenses are borne by the purchaser. If the auction day is a public holiday, the auction will be held the next working day at the same venue and time. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without reason and may modify the vehicle list at any time.
