AUCTION: Residential Plots at Shahmansoor Town Swabi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Urban Area Development Authority Swabi invites interested persons to participate in the open auction of residential plots offered on ownership basis in Shahmansoor Town Swabi. The auction is scheduled for **25 August 2026 at 11:00 AM** at the Office of Urban Area Development Authority Shahmansoor Township Swabi. If the auction remains incomplete because of unavoidable circumstances, the remaining process will be conducted on **26 August 2026**. The advertised lots are: Sr. 1, Sector B / 01-Kanal, Plot Nos. 03, 35 and 185, total 03 plots; Sr. 2, Sector C / 01-Kanal, Plot Nos. 21, 22 and 103, total 03 plots; Sr. 3, Sector D / 01-Kanal, Plot No. 12, total 01 plot; Sr. 4, Sector E / 01-Kanal, Plot Nos. 19, 20 and 48, total 03 plots; and Sr. 5, Sector B / 10-Marla, Plot No. 60, total 01 plot. The total advertised inventory is 11 residential plots. For participation, each interested bidder must deposit **Rs.300,000/-** for every plot as security in the form of cash deposit, pay order, or bank draft in favour of the Director, Urban Area Development Authority Swabi, before the auction. Without this security, participation will not be permitted. The security deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after finalisation of the auction. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the declared bid through bank draft within seven working days; failure will cancel the bid and forfeit the security amount. The remaining amount and applicable taxes must be deposited within one month. No ATL requirement is stated. Detailed terms may be obtained from the Housing Officer during working hours.
