Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Sukkur Municipal Corporation invites interested persons, firms, and prospective bidders to participate in the open auction for the rights to collect various taxes and fees for the fiscal year 2026-2027, covering the period from 01/07/2026 to 30/06/2027. The auction will be held on 28th, 29th, and 30th September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Tax Branch Hall of Sukkur Municipal Corporation. The terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Director Taxes during office hours.
Items being auctioned:
- Contract of Advertisement Publicity, Cloth Banners, Shop Sign Boards & Sky Tax (Boards) etc
- Contract of Power Generator Fee
- Contract of Whole Sale Market Fee
- Contract of Slaughter House Fee
- Contract of Latrine Fee (Mehran Markaz)
- Contract Fish & Fowl
The auction covers collection rights for these contracts within Sukkur city. Participants must deposit 10% of the official bid amount as call deposit or pay order in favor of Sukkur Municipal Corporation along with copies of CNIC, active FBR certificate, bank certificate confirming maintenance of sound account, and an affidavit on original E-Stamp Paper worth Rs. 500/- confirming that the bidder or company is not a defaulter or blacklisted by any council, institution, government department, or agency.
No conditional bids will be accepted. The successful bidder must pay the difference amount immediately after the fall of the hammer. Income Tax, Stamp Duty, and other applicable taxes must be paid as per rules. Defaulters or blacklisted entities are not eligible to participate. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids with valid reasons.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions from the Director Taxes office and ensure timely submission of all required documents and deposits to avoid disqualification.
