AUCTION: Shops and Plots Lease Rights in Tando Adam

The Tando Adam Municipal Committee is conducting a public auction for the lease rights of various shops and plots located in Tando Adam. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire commercial property rights in a prime municipal location. The auction will be held at the office of the Municipal Committee, Tando Adam, on 12 December 2026 at 11:30 AM. Items being auctioned: - Shop No. 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, 1/9, 1/10, 1/11, 1/12, 1/13, 1/14, 1/15, 1/16, 1/17, 1/18, 1/19, 1/20, 1/21, 1/22, 1/23, 1/24, 1/25, 1/26, 1/27, 1/28, 1/29, 1/30, 1/31, 1/32, 1/33, 1/34, 1/35, 1/36, 1/37, 1/38, 1/39, 1/40, 1/41, 1/42, 1/43, 1/44, 1/45, 1/46, 1/47, 1/48, 1/49, 1/50 (located at Municipal Market) - Plot No. 2/1, 2/2, 2/3, 2/4, 2/5, 2/6, 2/7, 2/8, 2/9, 2/10, 2/11, 2/12, 2/13, 2/14 (located at Municipal Plot Area) Each shop and plot will be auctioned individually, and the highest bidder will be awarded the lease rights. The reserve price for the auction is set at **Rs. 2,945,320**. Interested bidders must deposit an earnest money of **Rs. 100,000** in the form of a pay order or CDR before participating in the auction. All participants must bring their original CNIC and proof of deposit on the day of the auction. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Municipal Committee. Bidders are advised to inspect the properties beforehand and ensure all documentation is complete. The successful bidder will be required to sign the lease agreement immediately after the auction and pay the remaining amount as per the terms. A practical tip: Arrive early on the auction day to complete registration and review the property details, as this will give you a better chance to assess the competition and secure your preferred shop or plot.
