AUCTION: Sale of Used Cotton Clothes (Jinsi Kapas) at Govt. Pak German Polytechnic Institute, Multan

The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) is conducting a public auction for the sale of used cotton clothes (Jinsi Kapas) at the Govt. Pak German Polytechnic Institute for Agriculture Technology, located at Chak 5 Faiz Multan. The auction will be held on 03-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the institute's office. Interested parties are invited to participate in this open auction process. Items being auctioned: - Used cotton clothes (Jinsi Kapas), 4 lots, each with a reserve price of Rs. 20000 per lot The auctioned material consists of surplus/used cotton clothes generated from the institute's activities. Each lot will be sold to the highest bidder, provided the bid meets or exceeds the reserve price. Successful bidders must deposit 1/4th of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the balance payable within the stipulated period as per auction terms. All applicable taxes and duties will be borne by the successful bidder. Eligibility to participate requires bidders to bring their original CNIC and deposit earnest money as per auction rules.
