AUCTION: Used Engine Oil, Compressor Oil, Hydraulic Oil, MS Drums, Plastic Drums Disposal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. A public sector organization located in Chashma, Mianwali, is offering an auction for disposal of used oils and drums on an 'as is where is' basis. The auction will be held on 29-09-2026 at 10:00 am sharp at Abaseen Officers Club Chashma. Items being auctioned include: - Used Engine Oil (20600 Liters) - Used Compressor Oil (400 Liters) - Used Hydraulic Oil (1000 Liters) - MS Drums (97 Nos.) - Plastic Drums (14 Nos.) Interested bidders can inspect the stores on site before the auction. Sealed bids inclusive of all admissible taxes must be submitted to the undersigned along with earnest money at 10% through sealed envelopes by registered mail or by hand on or before 29-09-2026. Earnest money/security deposit is refundable and adjustable, payable via demand draft or pay order to Head LAO, PO Box No. 05, Chashma, Mianwali. Bidders must provide complete business address, telephone/mobile number, and attested photocopies of CNIC with their offers. Original CNIC is required for entrance to the auction yard. The successful bidder must collect the material from the auction yard at their own expense within 10 days after payment of the balance amount, failing which storage charges will apply. The balance amount must be paid within 6 working days after approval of the auction and intimation to the successful bidder, else the earnest money/security deposit will be forfeited. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. This auction is a valuable opportunity for suppliers dealing in used oils and drums.
