The technical scope requires batteries from fresh stock with manufacturing dates not older than six months at delivery. Vendors must provide a six-month replacement warranty and submit technical literature for each model. Delivery locations are specified per line item, and transportation charges are included in the price. Vendors should confirm electrolyte requirements for each location and provide clamp type connection terminals with each battery. Only single brand/model proposals per line item are accepted.
Eligibility criteria include compliance with specifications, timely delivery within 30 days of purchase order issuance, and submission of authentic OEM technical literature. Earnest money and other terms apply as per PSO procurement rules.
Bids must be submitted by 29th September 2026. Interested bidders should carefully review the detailed specifications and ensure compliance with all terms. A practical tip for bidders is to verify electrolyte requirements at each delivery location beforehand to avoid delivery delays or rejections.
This procurement offers a valuable opportunity for suppliers specializing in electrical batteries to serve aviation infrastructure across multiple cities under the reputable Pakistan State Oil Company Limited.
