Tender Description
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites sealed bids for the provision of Battery Banks (48V Lithium LiFePO4) at various sites under NTC Multan Division-II on DDP Site Basis. This procurement is aimed at enhancing backup power for telecommunication equipment across multiple locations in Multan Division-II, including Bahawalnagar, Arifwala, Sahiwal, Vehari, Rahimyar Khan, Okara, and Sardargarh.
Items being procured:
- Replacement of 48V/100 AH Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries at NTC Indoor MSAG Bahawalnagar (Qty: 2)
- Replacement of 48V/100 AH Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries at NTC Outdoor MSAG Bahawalnagar (Qty: 2)
- Replacement of 48V/100 AH Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries at NTC SDH Arifwala (Qty: 2)
- Replacement of 48V/100 AH Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries at NTC Exchange Sahiwal (Qty: 2)

The batteries are designed for backup power in telecommunication equipment, charged via rectifier float/boost charging, and suitable for indoor/outdoor environments without guaranteed air conditioning. The battery type is maintenance-free Li-Ion with LiFePo4 electrolyte, nominal voltage 48V, rated capacities of 100 AH and 200 AH at 10-hour discharge rate, and include battery stands and standard accessories.
Eligible bidders must comply with PEC registration, FBR/NTN registration, and provide bid security as per the bidding documents. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM.
