Tender Description
This scholarship opportunity is announced by the Director Colleges & Higher Education in Quetta, Balochistan, targeting intermediate students in the province. The scholarship covers top performers in F.Sc Pre Medical, F.Sc Pre Engineering, and F.A (Arts) categories, with a total of six awards available across these disciplines.
The scholarship aims to support district toppers from government colleges in Balochistan who have passed their F.A/F.Sc exams in 2025 with at least 60% marks. Applicants must be local residents of Balochistan and have their academic and domicile documents verified by the relevant authorities. The application process requires submission of verified DMCs, domicile certificates, provisional certificates, passport-size photographs, CNIC copies, and a stamped declaration of authenticity.
Applicants should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria, including passing exams from government colleges and Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) Quetta. Candidates from private, cadet, or residential colleges, or those who passed in bi-annual exams with improved marks, are not eligible. Special consideration is given to newly established districts by merging them with adjacent districts for merit evaluation.
The submission deadline is set for 25th March 2026, with no applications accepted after this date. Interested students must collect application forms from the Directorate of Colleges Scholarship Officer at Shawakshah Road, Quetta, and obtain a submission receipt. The scholarship process emphasizes strict adherence to document verification and timely submission.
Pro-Tip: Double-check all documents for proper verification stamps and ensure the stamped declaration on the affidavit is correctly filled to avoid disqualification. Missing or incorrect paperwork is a common reason for rejection in such scholarship applications.
