Supply of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner including Tea for Training Participants in Peshawar, Swat, Hazara and Bannu/D.I.Khan

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Academy of Research and Training (HEART) Peshawar invites bids through E-PADS from eligible Restaurants, suppliers, contractors, and individuals registered with KPRA and FBR for income tax, sales tax and reflected on ATL list of FBR. The procurement is for the year 2026-2027 for the arrangement of breakfast, lunch and dinner including tea at 11:00 AM for the participants of training courses held in Peshawar, Swat, Hazara and Bannu/D.I.Khan. Items being procured: - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner - Tea at 11:00 AM The scope includes catering services for training participants across multiple locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and FBR, and listed on the ATL of FBR. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope procedure via the E-PADS platform. Interested bidders can download bidding documents from E-PADS after publication of this advertisement. Bids must be submitted by uploading scanned copies on E-PADS on or before 11 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The original CDR or bid security must be submitted to the office of the Director HEART by 11 September 2026 (11:00 AM PST). Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM PST. The Director HEART reserves the right to reject any or all bids under rule 47(1) of the KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of all mandatory documents and bid security to avoid disqualification. Using the E-PADS portal efficiently and ensuring compliance with all terms will enhance chances of success.
