Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Academy of Research and Training (HEART) Peshawar invites bids through E-PADS from eligible restaurants, suppliers, contractors, and individuals registered with KPRA and FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and reflected on ATL list of FBR for the year 2026-2027 for arrangement of: Items being procured: - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner including Tea at 11:00 AM These services are required for participants of training courses held at Peshawar, Swat, Hazara, and Bannu/D.I.Khan. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope procedure on EPADS. Interested bidders can download the complete bidding documents from EPADS after the advertisement publication. Bids must be submitted by uploading scanned copies on EPADS on or before the deadline of 11 September 2026 till 11:00 AM. All relevant and mandatory documents must be uploaded. The scan copy of bid security must be attached with bids on EPADS; bids without earnest money will not be entertained. The original CDR or bid security must be submitted to the office of the Director HEART on or before 11 September 2026 at 11:00 AM (PST). Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM (PST). The Director HEART reserves the right to reject any or all e-bids under rule 47(1) of the KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders should ensure their registration with KPRA and FBR, and be reflected on the ATL list. Timely submission of both scanned and original bid security documents is crucial to avoid disqualification. Using the EPADS portal efficiently and ensuring all documents are complete will improve chances of success.
