The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit electronic bids for the construction of a brick pavement road from Photo Mal Oad House to Mozamail Guest House in Ward No.01 of Municipal Committee Umerkot. This procurement is specifically for civil works involving road construction in Umerkot city, Sindh province. The contract duration is 12 months, and the work will be executed under a percentage rate/unit price contract based on the standard bidding documents of SPPRA. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, possess an active NTN certificate with inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and have valid registration with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Bidders must also provide bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 31,420) and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Experience requirements include at least two ongoing and two completed similar works with supporting documentation. Additional mandatory documents include CNIC copies, affidavits, financial capacity certificates, and details of technical staff and equipment.
