BT Road Hathyari to Sanjrani (Phase-II) and BT Road Zarinaabad to Saifabad

The Public Works, Peshawar & Hydraulics Department District Jhal Magsi invites bids for the execution of two road construction works for the fiscal year 2026-27 based on Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) 2026 on Percentage Rates. The works include: - BT Road Hathyari to Sanjrani (Phase-II) with an estimated cost of Rs. 199.000 Million - BT Road Zarinaabad to Saifabad with an estimated cost of Rs. 99.500 Million The tender fee is Rs. 2500 for each work, payable through green challan in National Bank of Pakistan Jhal Magsi Branch under account C-02716 (Communication Receipt). Earnest Money of 2% of bid cost in the shape of call deposit is required for each work. Eligibility criteria require contractors to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 and above, active tax registration with the Federal Board of Revenue, and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have completed at least three similar contracts in the last three years with a minimum turnover of 70% of the estimated cost. Original scanned copy of CDR for 2% of total cost on judicial stamp paper attested by a first-class magistrate is mandatory. Firms must not have been involved in litigation with any government or semi-government organization. Joint ventures are not allowed. Tender documents including the NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bgpra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only by 29 October 2026 till 10:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS system.
