Provision of Services for Building Repair and Maintenance at EOBI House Karachi

Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company Private Limited (PRIMACO), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Government of Pakistan, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit e-bids for the provision of services for building repair and maintenance at EOBI House (Ex-Awami Markaz), Karachi. Items being procured: - Building Repair and Maintenance Services at EOBI House (Ex-Awami Markaz), Karachi The procurement will follow the Least Cost Selection method under a Single Stage - One Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules & Regulations. Bidders must submit a mandatory, non-refundable Bid Fee of Rs. 5,000 and a refundable Bid Security of PKR 200,000 in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee in favor of PRIMACO Islamabad (NTN: 2795350-5) before the bid submission deadline. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with SECP/Registrar of Firms/Sole Proprietor, valid Income Tax Registration with FBR/Tax Department (NTN), registration on ATL for Income and Sales Tax at the time of bid submission, an original affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper/e-stamp paper of Rs. 100 stating no blacklisting or litigation, and valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above. Key dates are as follows: uploading of procurement documents on PPRA/EPADS V2.00 by 31st October 2026, bid submission deadline on 11th November 2026 at 1400 hours, and bid opening on 11th November 2026 at 1430 hours. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring completeness and compliance with all requirements. Joint ventures and consortiums are not allowed. PRIMACO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per Public Procurement Rules.
