Repair and Maintenance of Government Vehicles for Building Division Gilgit 2026-27

The Communication & Works Department Gilgit-Baltistan, Building Division Gilgit Region, invites sealed tenders under Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure for repair and maintenance services of government vehicles for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of government vehicles in Building Division Gilgit for the period 1-7-2026 to 30-6-2027 The estimated construction cost for this work is Rs. 1,320,000 with earnest money set at 2% of the construction cost amounting to Rs. 26,400. The cost of the tender form is Rs. 4,000. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Building Division GB C&WD Gilgit upon submission of a non-refundable treasury challan. Eligible firms or contractors must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C6 or above, valid up to 30th June 2027, with specialization in the relevant code. Firms must provide a 2% earnest money call deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of the Executive Engineer Building Division GB C&WD Gilgit from any scheduled bank. Electronic signatures on CDRs are not acceptable. The tender closing date is set for 15th November 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Pakistan Engineering Council Clause-18.4. If the opening date falls on a local holiday, the next working day will be observed with the same timings.
