Bulk Procurement of General Items for Financial Year 2026-27

Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan is inviting eligible bidders for the bulk procurement of general items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers a wide range of items including stationery, uniform and protective clothes, bedding and clothing, furniture and fixture, as well as journals and books. The delivery is required on a free delivery basis to the consignee at CPEIC Multan. The procurement process is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System, ensuring transparency and ease of submission. Bidders must submit their bids in PDF format via the Punjab e-PS portal by the deadline of 29th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical bid opening will follow on the same day at 11:30 AM. Earnest Money in the form of a 2% bid security of the total estimated price must be submitted electronically as per Punjab Procurement Rules. No physical financial instruments like CDRs will be accepted. Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar items to government or reputable institutions will be advantageous. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended to date. It is important for bidders to ensure their e-bids are complete and free from technical errors or corrupt files, as incomplete or incorrect submissions will be rejected. Hard copies of bids are not required, simplifying the process. Bidders should also note that bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening.
