Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers for the Calibration, Descaling, Fitment & Testing of Test Bench Gauges, Sensor, Meter etc. This procurement is specifically for the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The tender requires submission of technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The delivery period is 45 days after signing the contract. Bidders must be registered with HIT or other government/semi-government organizations and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration where applicable. Earnest money of Rs 2,000/- in the form of a postal order must be enclosed with the technical bid. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is required as per the tender instructions. The bid submission deadline is 02 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt.
