Hiring of Car Rental Services and Bulletproof Vehicles for Pakistan–China Pharmaceutical Conference Karachi

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Karachi is procuring comprehensive car rental services including bulletproof vehicles for the Pakistan–China Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Investment Conference scheduled from 16th to 19th July 2026. This procurement targets well-established car rental firms with offices in Karachi capable of providing a fleet including luxury sedans, SUVs, Land Cruisers, and bulletproof Coasters. The scope covers transportation arrangements for delegates, airport transfers, factory visits, and 24/7 operational support with professional chauffeurs. The vehicles must be not older than three years, fully air-conditioned, and maintained in excellent condition. Drivers are required to have valid licenses, CNICs, and be professionally dressed with knowledge of Karachi routes and basic English. Firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board, and have at least ten years of experience managing transport for international conferences and high-profile events. The submission deadline for proposals is 3rd July 2026 at 11:00 AM at TDAP Head Office Karachi, with proposals to be uploaded on the E-PADS website. Earnest Money and CDR requirements apply as per PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure complete and accurate documentation including NTN, GST certificates, affidavit of no blacklisting, and firm profile.
