Providing Cement Paving Block Flooring Road in Various Streets Ward No.01 to 14, Municipal Committee Umerkot

The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the provision of Cement Paving Block Flooring Road works in various streets from Ward No.01 to 14, Part-01 under the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Umerkot, Sindh. This procurement is aimed at improving the road infrastructure by laying durable cement paving blocks to enhance accessibility and urban aesthetics. Items being procured: - Cement Paving Block Flooring Road in Various Streets Ward No.01 to 14 Part-01 The scope includes supply and installation of cement paving blocks, preparation of the road base, and all related civil works to ensure a high-quality finished surface. The project completion period is 12 months from the date of issuance of the work order. Contractors must comply with technical specifications and standards as per the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 in the relevant category, active NTN and inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), valid Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration, and submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost. Bidders must also provide evidence of at least two ongoing and two completed similar works, along with financial capacity certificates and details of technical staff and equipment.
