Establishment of Centralized Financial and Development Data Management and Monitoring Hub of School Education and Literacy Department

The School Education and Literacy Department Planning Development and Research (PD&R), Government of Sindh, Karachi, is inviting reputable firms for the establishment of a Centralized Financial and Development Data Management and Monitoring Hub. This project aims to enhance data management capabilities for the department under a Single-Stage Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure as per SPP Rules 2010 (amended). Items being procured: - Establishment of Centralized Financial and Development Data Management and Monitoring Hub The scope involves setting up a comprehensive data management system to monitor financial and development activities within the School Education and Literacy Department. The project requires firms with relevant experience and registration on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR. Bidders must ensure compliance with eligibility criteria detailed in the bidding documents, which include technical and financial qualifications. The bidding documents containing eligibility and mandatory criteria can be downloaded from the E-PADS (SPPRA) website. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PAD system by 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the Old KDA Building, Sindh Secretariat #3, Karachi. Tender fee and bid security of Rs. 5,000 each are required in the form of pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Firms should be registered with relevant authorities and have proven experience in similar projects. The bid validity period is 90 days. Original tender fee, bid security, and e-stamping affidavits must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Deputy Director at the specified address before bid opening.
