Tender Description
Public Health Engineering Division Kurram is inviting bids through EPADS for a series of civil and electrical/mechanical works for the financial year 2026-27. The works are divided across multiple sub divisions in Kurram, and eligible contractors registered with EPADS, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA, Pakistan Engineering Council (in the required category), and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) are encouraged to participate. FBR (NTN) status must be active for all bidders.
Items being procured:
- AOM&R PHE Sub Division Upper Kurram FY 2026-27 (Civil Works), Engineer's Estimated Cost: 4.500 Million PKR
- AOM&R PHE Sub Division Upper Kurram FY 2026-27 (Electrical/Mechanical Works), Engineer's Estimated Cost: 5.000 Million PKR
- AOM&R PHE Sub Division (Lower & Central Kurram) FY 2026-27 (Civil Works), Engineer's Estimated Cost: 4.500 Million PKR
- AOM&R PHE Sub Division (Lower & Central Kurram) FY 2026-27 (Electrical/Mechanical Works), Engineer's Estimated Cost: 5.000 Million PKR
The technical scope includes both civil and electrical/mechanical maintenance and repair works for the specified sub divisions. For electrical/mechanical works, contractors must have PHE/PEC relevant codes E.E-04, ME-07, and EE-11, as well as a license from the Electrical Inspectorate Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A personal workshop in District Kurram, verified by the undersigned and countersigned by the Superintending Engineer PHE Circle Hangu, is mandatory.
Bidders must submit their bids by uploading through EPADS before the deadline. The last date and time for bid submission is 01st September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. All bids must include 2% bid security (CDR) and comply with KPPRA notification SRO(14)/Vol-1:24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022/6058-71. Only bids with complete documentation and no unauthenticated corrections will be considered responsive.
