Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its Maintenance-I Division in Peshawar, invites electronic bids from eligible firms for a series of special repair and maintenance works for government residential quarters and bungalows located on Kohat Road and in Hayatabad, Peshawar. This opportunity is open to contractors registered with PEC in category C-6 or above, and all works are to be executed during the financial year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- Package-1: AOM&R/Special Repair to Civil Quarters, Kohat Road Peshawar. Sub Head: Civil & Electrical work Quarter No.25, A-113, G-82, K-06-A, A1-3, A-35, B-5, S1-22, F-24, S1-29, S1-02 & A-124 for the year 2026-27.
- Package-2: AOM&R/Special Repair to Civil Quarters, Kohat Road Peshawar. Sub Head: Civil & Electrical work Quarter No.G-05, C6-C, F-07, F-08, A4-C, 29-C, 7-15-C, & 72-C for the year 2026-27.
- Package-3: AOM&R/Special Repair to Bungalow No.12 C & Quarter No.75 Phase V Hayatabad at Peshawar. Sub Head: Civil, Electrical & Sanitary works for the year 2026-27.
- AOM&R/Special Repair to Khyber Colony Bungalows Peshawar. Sub Head: Civil Work Bungalow No.02 for the year 2026-27.
- Package-4: AOM&R/Special Repair to Planning Cell Health Department. Sub Head: Civil, Electrical & Sanitary work for the year 2026-27.
The technical scope covers comprehensive civil, electrical, and sanitary repairs to both quarters and bungalows, ensuring all facilities are restored to optimal condition. Bidders must submit a 2% Earnest Money and 0.03% Tender Fee, with all bids to be uploaded via the E-PADS system. Both technical and financial bids are required, and the financial bid must include a valid CDR in the name of the procuring entity. Only firms with up-to-date PEC/KPPRA/FBR registration and active status are eligible. The last date for bid submission is **31.08.2026 at 12:00 PM**; technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
