Contractors must upload their bidding documents on the Punjab e-Procurement system by 03-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM at the office of the Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan. Earnest money in the form of CDR at 5% of the estimated cost is required, with the original CDR to be submitted by 1:00 PM on the opening day. Conditional tenders will not be entertained, and forged documents will result in legal action. Successful bidders quoting more than 4.99% below the T.S. estimated cost must deposit additional performance security as per PPRA rules.
