Tender for Construction of 2x3 Duct Line with Manholes at Various Locations in Islamabad by Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites E-bids from qualified contractors for the construction of 2x3 duct lines with manholes at multiple locations under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. This tender is issued under the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004. Items being procured: - Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from 9th Avenue to Street 28 (Part-I) amounting to Rs.14,377,111/- - Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8/2 to Ravi Road (Part-II) amounting to Rs.14,197,632/- - Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8/3 to PIMS Cancer Hospital (Part-III) amounting to Rs.14,607,000/- - Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from Sari Nagar Highway to I&T Center (Part-IV) amounting to Rs.14,182,253/- - Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8/4 to Jehlum Road G-8/1 (Part-V) amounting to Rs.14,142,874/- - Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8 to Jamia Masjid G-8 Markaz (Part-VI) amounting to Rs.14,220,559/- - Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8 Markaz to Cancer Hospital (Part-VIII) amounting to Rs.14,140,696/- The scope includes civil construction of duct lines and manholes at specified locations in Islamabad. The work will be executed under the deposit head and supervised by the Construction Division of IESCO Islamabad. Eligibility criteria require firms or companies to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in specialized code EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 and renewed up to 30th June 2027. Firms must be prequalified from Chief Engineer (D&S/S&S) NTDC Lahore, registered with FBR having NTN, General Sales Tax (GST) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) active status. The offered bid price must include all applicable taxes including Income Tax, GST, and PRA Tax. Firms must provide a fresh bank statement with balance up to 25% of the BOQ cost after publication of this NIT and furnish income tax returns filed at FBR for FY 2025-26. Experience of similar nature of work in any DISCO or government/semi-government/autonomous body/private housing sector is mandatory. Financial criteria for last three financial years verified from audited financial statements are also required. The tender documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal. Bidders must submit bids through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) portal online at http://www.eprocure.gov.pk. The bids must be accompanied by CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO as bid security. The work will be awarded after acceptance of Letter of Intent (LOI) and submission of performance guarantee. The submission deadline is 7th October 2026 by 09:30 AM, with bid opening at 10:00 AM on the same day.
