The Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids for comprehensive civil, plumbing, sanitary and electrical works for the establishment of the Business Incubation Center (BIC) at IRCBM, CUI-Lahore Campus, Lahore. The procurement will be conducted through a National Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
