Replacement of Burnt HT Cable & D-Link Set and Repair/Maintenance Works at MES Rawalpindi

The Military Engineer Services (MES) office at Garrison Engineer (Army) MH Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for important repair and replacement works under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and meeting special conditions will be issued tender documents. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit their registration copies. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D, and E with relevant experience should apply. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation. The tender must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 25 September 2026, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Interested contractors may be present at the opening.
