Construction of Porta Cabin Foundation at PSO Aviation Station Nawabshah Airport

Items being procured: - Demolition work including dismantling of floor, wall, tiles, and excavation of existing floor up to 1 ft thick with debris removal and site cleaning - Providing and laying stone soling of approved quality under floor (12 cubic meters) - Laying of lean concrete CC 1:4:8 with SR cement for foundation and hard standing (6 cubic meters) - Providing and laying concrete 1:2:4 with SR cement for foundation and hard standing (10 cubic meters) - Providing and laying Tor steel reinforcement (950 kilograms) - Providing and laying precast concrete pavers of TUFF LTD / ENVICRETE LTD make, size 200x100x80 mm, laid in herringbone pattern over compacted sand and voids filled with khaka, including red color pavers for truck parking demarcation (120 square meters) - Crane services on rental basis for removal of existing porta cabin The scope includes all materials, workmanship, and supervision as per PSO specifications and drawings. The contractor must comply with PSO safety and security rules, provide PPEs to labor, and maintain housekeeping at the site. Only certified operators are allowed for crane operations.
