Procurement of COB Screen, UPS and Audio Video Conference Solution for PEF Grand Meeting Room

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a lump sum basis for procurement of technology and conference facilities for the grand meeting room at the newly constructed PEF Head Office Building, Johar Town, Lahore. The procurement is intended for firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in relevant trading and registered with the applicable registration and tax authorities. The mandatory lot-wise item list is: Sr. 1, Lot A: Indoor COB Screen P1.2, display size 12 x 6 feet, estimated price **Rs. 8,140,000/-**, with bid security of **Rs. 162,800/-**; Sr. 2, Lot B: 10 KVA UPS with battery backup, estimated price **Rs. 1,360,000/-**, with bid security of **Rs. 27,200/-**; and Sr. 3, Lot C: Audio and Video Conference Solution with Display, estimated price **Rs. 6,000,000/-**, with bid security of **Rs. 120,000/-**. Detailed technical specifications, service requirements, scope, terms and conditions are contained in the bidding document. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities where applicable, and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are required. Bid security equal to two percent of the relevant estimated lot price must be provided. A scanned copy of the bid security shall be uploaded online, while bidders should comply with all original security requirements in the bidding documents. The bid validity period must be at least 120 days from the final submission date. Online bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system by **02:00 PM on August 21, 2026**. Bids will be opened at **02:30 PM on August 21, 2026** at the Punjab Education Foundation office, 52-L, Gulberg-III, near Kalma Chowk, Lahore.
