This tender invites bids for outsourcing the commercial billing and recovery services for Hyderabad Water & Sewerage Corporation (HW&SC), Zone-06 Latifabad, Hyderabad. The department requires a competent contractor to manage the entire billing cycle and recovery process for commercial consumers, ensuring timely and accurate bill distribution and efficient collection of dues.
The scope includes data management, bill generation based on HW&SC tariff structures, distribution of bills to 10,000 commercial consumers, and revenue collection with immediate deposit into designated HW&SC accounts. The contractor will also handle consumer communication, dispute resolution, and provide detailed reporting and reconciliation with HW&SC financial records. Legal compliance is critical, including issuing notices to defaulters and supporting enforcement actions.
