Supply of Single-Phase AMI Meters and Printing of Electricity Consumer Bill Forms

SEPCO Sukkur invites sealed and electronic bids from eligible firms, manufacturers, and bidders for the supply of Single-Phase AMI Meters and printing of Electricity Consumer Bill forms through EPADS Version 2.0 on an FCS basis with free delivery to consignee's stores at Regional Store SEPCO Rohri & Larkana. Items being procured: - Bill Form (General Batches): A5 Size Indonesia Made Wood-Free High Finished Offset Paper, 80 GSM, 3,600,000 sheets, 7,200,000 total bill forms, packed in 1800 boxes (2000 sheets per box) - Bill Form (MDI Batches): A5 Size Indonesia Made Wood-Free High Finished Offset Paper, 80 GSM, 360,000 sheets, 720,000 total bill forms, packed in 180 boxes (2000 sheets per box) - Single Phase AMI Smart Energy Meters: Quantity 30,000 units The printing items require high-quality offset paper and precise printing as per sample specifications. The AMI meters must be supplied by prequalified manufacturers registered with NTDC/WAPDA/PPMC or any DISCO and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. The procurement will follow PPRA Rule 36(a) under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10th September 2026 before 10:30 AM. The bid opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM for printing items and 11:20 AM for AMI meters. A pre-bid meeting for Tender No. 1394/26 will be held on 1st September 2026 at 11:30 AM at SEPCO Head Quarter Sukkur. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Banker Cheque from any scheduled bank of Pakistan must accompany bids. The bid validity period is 90 days with an additional 28 days validity for the bank instrument. Manual bids are not accepted.
