Supply and Installation of Computer Equipment and Smart Interactive Whiteboards for 26 Public Sector Colleges in Gilgit-Baltistan

The Directorate of Planning and Development, Higher, Technical and Special Education Department, Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, authorized distributors, and well-reputed firms/suppliers for the supply, provision, and installation of Computer Equipment and Smart Interactive Whiteboards for 26 public sector colleges of Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Computer Equipment - Smart Interactive Whiteboards This procurement covers supply and installation at 26 colleges across Gilgit-Baltistan. Bidders must be registered with SECP, PSEB, Form-C, or any government body and have an office or showroom in Gilgit-Baltistan. Firms outside GB must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Interested bidders may obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) document from the office of the Additional Director, Planning and Development, Higher Technical and Special Education Department, Gilgit-Baltistan, Sakwar, Gilgit, starting from 24th August 2026 upon submission of a non-refundable Treasury Challan of Rs. 14,000. Proposals must be prepared as per the RFP instructions, including properly prepared content page, binding, paging, and flagging of all required documents. Sealed envelopes must reach the Directorate of Planning, Sakwar, Gilgit on or before 8th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Only typed financial bids will be accepted; handwritten bids will be rejected. Bidders must submit an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 4,459,650, equal to 3% of the bid amount, as bid security. The CDR must be attached with the Technical Bid; otherwise, the bid will be declared non-responsive. The number of items may be adjusted based on fund availability. All applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes and duties must be considered in the financial proposals.
