Concession for Branded Outlet Leather Goods and Dress Accessories at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a branded outlet for leather goods and dress accessories at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This concession is for a period of five years or until outsourcing of the space measuring 189.36 sqft located at Level-VI inside the Departure Satellite Terminal of Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The monthly reserve price is Rs. 2,557,307 with a 10% annual cumulative enhancement for subsequent years. Only bids exceeding the reserve price will be entertained. Eligibility requires registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked and placed together in one envelope. Submission is to be made by dropping the envelope in the designated box at the Main Conference Room, Room No.6035, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi by the deadline. Technical bids will be opened 30 minutes after submission in the presence of bidders. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are ineligible. Fake documents or pay orders will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Outstanding dues must be cleared before financial bid opening. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted.
