Conservation and Restoration Works at Various Archaeological Sites in Peshawar and Surrounding Districts

The Directorate General of Archaeology & Museums Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids through the EPAD System for important conservation and restoration works at various historic and archaeological sites in Peshawar and nearby districts. Items being procured: - Conservation & Restoration of Ziyarat Asa-e-Sakhi Shah-e-Mardan, Peshawar - Conservation and Development of Historic Houses including Haveli Karim Bakhsh Sethi at Peshawar (including electrical work) - Conservation/Preservation and Rehabilitation of Historical House Dalip Kumar, Nohallah Khudadad, Qissa Khawani, District Peshawar (including electrical work) - Conservation, Preservation & Development work of Historical Haveli Muhammad Sohail Sethi (Sethi House-II), District Peshawar (including electrical work) - Preservation and Conservation of the Archaeological Site Palosi Piran, Peshawar - Conservation & Restoration of Bibi Jan Mausoleum (Bejo Ki Qabar), Peshawar (including electrical work) - Restoration, Conservation and Protection of Akali Phula Singh Samadhi at Nowshera District - Repair, Maintenance and Development of Dir Museum, Chakdara, District Lower Dir including provision and installation of architectural lighting system - Repair/Maintenance and Upgradation of Water Supply and Drainage system at Chitral Museum Chitral (Lower) These works involve specialized conservation techniques, electrical installations, and infrastructure upgrades at heritage sites and museums. The projects are located primarily in Peshawar with some in Nowshera, Lower Dir, and Chitral districts. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders should comply with KP-PRA rules and submit earnest money as bid security. Technical and financial bids will be submitted through the EPAD system.
