Construction of Administration Block at Timergara Medical College, Dir Lower

The C&W Building Division Dir Lower invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the construction of an Administration Block at Timergara Medical College, Dir Lower. The bid security is Rs. 2,376,000 and the tender entry fee is Rs. 35,000. The period of completion will be as per the work order. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the EPADS portal https://kp.eprocure.go.pk by 8th October 2026 at 12:00 hours. The technical bid opening is scheduled for the same day at 01:00 hours, with the financial bid opening to follow after approval of the technical proposal by the competent authority. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 5th October 2026. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with PEC, KPRA, and FBR, along with NTN/GST certificates.
