Construction of 05 Nos Culvert 3 Span at Village Ali Ghuriyani UC Jar Taluka Sujawal

The Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal invites bids for the construction of 05 Nos Culvert 3 Span at Village Ali Ghuriyani UC Jar Taluka Sujawal under Oil and Gas Funded Schemes. This tender is open to contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09, CE10, EE11 with valid licenses and meeting all mandatory eligibility criteria including FBR active taxpayer status, valid ISO certifications, and experience in similar works. The contract duration is 12 months with a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a tender fee of PKR 3,000. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, electric inspectorate license, FBR and SRB registration, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, litigation clearance, audited financial statements, and relevant experience supported by work orders and completion certificates.
