Tender Description
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the construction of five (05) SMS, TBS and PRS at different locations in Jhal Magsi, Balochistan. This procurement is under the reference number SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS2/14434 and is planned for the financial year 2026-27. The project involves civil works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and requires bidders to have a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10 and BC-01. Items being procured:
- Construction of SMS area at Jhal Magsi (1 job as per BOQ-A)
- Construction of TBS area at Jhal Magsi (1 job as per BOQ-B)
- Construction of 05 Nos. PRS's, size 12'-0 x 8'-0 at Jhal Magsi (1 job as per BOQ-C)
The scope includes complete civil works at the specified locations with a delivery schedule of 120 days. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the portal. The bid security amount is Rs. 202,640 and must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Technical qualification requires valid PEC registration, financial stability, and relevant experience as detailed in the tender documents. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
Bids must be submitted online on or before Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. For successful bidders, a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price is required.
