Construction of 2x2 Duct Line with Manholes from P.M Staff Colony to Bari Imam Road (Part-V) under IESCO Islamabad

The Village Electrification division of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of a 2x2 duct line with manholes from P.M Staff Colony to Bari Imam Road (Part-V) in Islamabad. This project is to be executed according to WAPDA/IESCO SDI specifications under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. Items being procured: - Construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes - Shingle and gravel formation (2514 Cum) - RCC cement concrete reinforced pipeline laying and jointing (4800 Mtr) - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (28 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:4:8 (507 Cum) - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (42 Cum) - Brick work including striking of joints (69 Cum) - Cement plaster 1:3 up to 1st floor height (268 Sqm) - Erection and removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work (1829 Sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand (16 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement (1590 KG) - M/S Angles (1.39 M) - PVC class-B pipeline laying and jointing (50 Mtr) - Horizontal boring for 6" MM I/Dia (50 Mtr) The technical scope includes all civil works related to duct line construction, manhole installation, concrete works, reinforcement, and pipeline laying as per detailed specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, registered with FBR for NTN and GST with active status, and Punjab Revenue Authority with active status. They must have completed similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations and provide audited financial statements for the last three years. The bid security must be submitted as Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by **October 23, 2026 at 09:30 AM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM via EPADS. The contract will be awarded on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The performance guarantee required is 5% of the contract price.
