Construction of 2x2 Duct Line with Manholes from Margallah Avenue Chowk to Staff Guest House (Part-VI) under IESCO Islamabad

The Village Electrification (Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)) invites sealed bids for the construction of a 2x2 duct line with manholes from Margallah Avenue Chowk to Staff Guest House (Part-VI) in Islamabad. This project is to be executed according to WAPDA/IESCO SDI specifications under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. Items being procured: - Construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes - RCC cement concrete reinforced pipeline 150 mm I/dia - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 and 1:4:8 - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Brick work including striking of joints - Cement plaster (1:3) up to 1st floor height - Erection and removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement - Providing and laying of PVC class-B pipeline 125 mm dia - Conducting horizontal boring for 6" MM I/Dia approved by IESCO The technical scope includes site works in shingle and gravel formation, trenching, jointing, cutting of pipes, and testing of pipelines. The project requires compliance with PEC specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, registration with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and submission of financial documents including bank statements and income tax returns. Experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, October 23, 2026 at 09:30 AM.
