Construction of 50 Primary Schools with Pre-Fabricated LGS Structures in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the designated e-procurement system for the construction of 50 primary schools with pre-fabricated Light Gauge Steel (LGS) structures across multiple locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project includes detailed design, development of construction drawings, construction, testing, commissioning, and successful handover of completed facilities to the Education Department. The defect liability period is 12 months. Items being procured: - GPS Banda Batang No.1, Abbottabad (5 schools) - GGPS Basala, Abbottabad - GPS Dewsar Mastuj Upper, Chitral - GGPS Dhoke Ghakran, Khanpur, Haripur - GGPS Adina No. 1, Razar, Swabi The scope covers main school buildings (civil works and LGS structure), toilet blocks (LGS structure), boundary walls, protection/retaining walls, external development works, and complete electrical and plumbing works. The contract requires a sustainable and structurally sound frame structure for all five school units in the package. Bidders must have PEC category C3 or above with the relevant PEC code. Valid NTN/Income Tax certificates, FBR registration, and KPRA registration are mandatory. A non-refundable printing fee of Rs. 5,000 and bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD system by 09-10-2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM, with financial bids opened after technical approval. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-09-2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Chief Engineer East, C&W Department, Peshawar.
