Construction of Black Top Road from Sajan Oad Paro, Soomro Oad and Dholo Oad Paro Walhar Colony Road Municipal Committee Umerkot

The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit electronic bids for the construction of a Black Top Road covering the areas of Sajan Oad Paro, Soomro Oad, and Dholo Oad Paro in Walhar Colony Road, Umerkot. This procurement is managed by the Municipal Committee Umerkot located in Umerkot city, Sindh province. Items being procured: - Construction of Black Top Road from Sajan Oad Paro - Construction of Black Top Road from Soomro Oad - Construction of Black Top Road from Dholo Oad Paro Walhar Colony Road The project involves civil works for road construction with an estimated cost of Rs. 15,000,000 and a completion period of 12 months. The contract will be awarded under a percentage rate/unit price contract based on the Standard Bidding Documents of SPPRA. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and must have active NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registrations. Experience requirements include at least two ongoing and two completed similar works supported by certificates. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) by 09:00 AM on 09-11-2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 10:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Umerkot. The original bid security instruments must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the bid opening time.
