Solarization of UET Lahore Faisalabad Campus under BOLT Mode

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, through its Building and Works Department FSD Campus, invites technical and financial bids from pre-qualified firms for the solarization of UET Lahore Faisalabad Campus. This procurement is being conducted under the Build, Operate, Lease and Transfer (BOLT) mode, with the successful bidder responsible for the design, financing, operation, and installation of the solar system at the Faisalabad Campus. The project will be executed under a Hire Purchase Agreement (HPA) arrangement for a tenure of 15 years. Items being procured: - Complete solarization of UET Lahore Faisalabad Campus (design, financing, installation, operation, and maintenance of the solar system under BOLT mode) The scope includes all works and services necessary for the solar system, including supply, installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation and maintenance as per the HPA. The estimated cost for the project is **Rs. 42.00 Million**. Only pre-qualified bidders against EOI Tender #P-26053809990 are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by **November 23rd, 2026, 11:00 AM**. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of pre-qualified bidders or their authorized representatives. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, to be submitted electronically as per Punjab E-Procurement regulations. The successful bidder will enter into a long-term HPA with UET Lahore.
