Tender Description
Ghazi University, D.G. Khan invites e-tenders from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the construction and development of multiple infrastructure works at its campus in Dera Ghazi Khan. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System, and all interested parties must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for the financial year 2026-27. The works are divided into two groups, each with specific items and estimated costs.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Farm Office / Research Centre at New Campus, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan (PKR 6.812 Million, 4 Months)
- Construction of Female Toilet Block and Wheelchair Ramp at different sites within Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan (PKR 1.379 Million, 3 Months)
- Construction of Cattle Sheds at City Campus, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan (PKR 0.318 Million, 3 Months)
The technical scope includes civil works for new buildings, sanitary facilities, accessibility improvements, and livestock infrastructure. All works must comply with the provided BOQ and technical specifications. Bidders are required to submit a 5% Bid Security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only bids submitted via the e-Procurement portal will be accepted; no physical submissions are allowed. The deadline for bid submission is 13.11.2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the Project Director's Office, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan.
Eligible firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and possess a valid PEC license. It is essential to fill all pages of the rate analysis and BOQ; incomplete bids will be declared non-responsive. A practical tip: ensure your digital CDR is verifiable and uploaded correctly on the Punjab e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
