Prequalification for Miscellaneous Works and Services at TDAP Karachi

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites bids through e-PADS for prequalification of vendors for miscellaneous works and services at TDAP Karachi for a period of three years. The scope includes civil work, sanitary work, painting, repair works, and other miscellaneous work at the TDAP premises. Items being procured: - Civil work - Sanitary work - Painting - Repair works - Other miscellaneous works This prequalification aims to enlist vendors, agencies, or shops registered with FBR/SRB and holding active taxpayer list (ATL) status. The works will be carried out at the TDAP office located in Karachi, specifically at the 5th Floor, Block-A, Finance & Trade Centre (FTC) Building, Shara-e-Faisal. Interested vendors must submit their proposals via the e-PADS portal and also forward the original documents fee of Rs. 5,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of TDAP at the given address before the bid opening. Bids without the fee will not be considered. The document can be downloaded from the e-PADS version 2 and TDAP website www.tdap.gov.pk. The last date for submission is 11.09.2026 by 11:00 a.m., with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Blacklisted firms or bidders are not eligible. TDAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
